Tonight, tireless Pat could rest and relax a little.
After dinner, what else to do but enjoy dessert - MEXICAN style!
That's right folks...fried ice cream!
We presented her with a bouquet of flowers.
Note that this is the room that she and Joyce decorated with such love and care.

And an absolutely enjoyable night it was! The flowers still grace the window in front of the sink where she spends A LOT of time. As you well know she is the one SERVING OTHERS much of the time. It was such a treat for her (us) to be served by such great cooks (Thanks Ian and Megan) with such delicious food. Sharing life experiences with friends.....We love you dearly.
