I wasn't sure if I would make it -

It was a gorgeous start to the walk.
The balmy (sort of) air and the sunlight were a refreshing change after rain and grey days.
This is the beginning of the path I have come to know so well!



At this point, there are 3 miles to go!

This is the first "round the bend". I like the contrast of the berries.
But no time to stop...had to keep moving!

Uh-oh...this doesn't look promising, 5 minutes into the walk...
