Trip to the Reagan Library and Museum

My kids were not excited to leave the market. They were having too much fun!
However, I had heard that the Reagan Library, 20 minutes away, was a "don't miss".
So I dragged them, somewhat kicking and screaming, to experience a little of my favorite president.

The tour started with a video commemorating his life, and was so touching I actually got teary eyed!

Then there were just halls full of the life and times of Nancy and Ronald, from his acting career to his 8 years in office.
Many of Nancy's outfits are on display and there is so much to see.
Attention spans were short, so I tried to see as much as I could without "overdoing it".
There was even a piece of the Berlin wall at the end, when he said, "Mr. Gorbachev, TEAR THIS WALL DOWN!"
So cool.

Unfortunately, no flash photography...so here is what I could get!

A replica of the house where he grew up.

A flashback to his acting days.
